1.1 PRICES

1.1.1 The price of each product is displayed with the product. When placing an order our shopping cart software automatically totals your order price including the cost of the items and the shipping charges.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

2.1 Credit card payments:

2.1.1.1 At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and an authorization is obtained for the amount of the order. We process the payment and notify you if the authorization has been successful. If it is successful your books are shipped immediately if we have them in stock or if not we will place an immediate order with our publishers in India.

2.2 Bank deposit payments:

2.2.1 If you select to pay via bank deposit you will be presented with our bank account details and be required to deposit to the order total amount into our bank account and notify us.

2.2.2 The payment must be identified by supplying the order number and surname in the reference section of the deposit slip or on the electronic transfer.

3. AGREEMENTS OF SALE

3.1 An agreement of sale between Krishna Books and a user only comes into effect if and when:

3.1.1 A credit card authorization is received from the issuing bank; or

3.1.2 A deposit of an electronic transfer is reflected on Krishna Book's bank statement

3.1.3 Krishna Books reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons.

4. GIFT VOUCHERS

4.1 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.

4.2 Vouchers must be redeemed at Krishna Books towards the purchase of products listed online.

5. GUARANTEE

5.1 If a user is not satisfied with their purchase, he/she may return a purchase within 28 days of receipt:

5.1.1 If Krishna Books supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Krishna Books will exchange it for the correct one. Krishna Books will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, Krishna Books will refund the purchase price including delivery cost.

5.1.2 If the user is not satisfied with his/her choice and the product is still in mint condition, the user may return it and Krishna Books will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs).

6. PRIVACY

6.1 This site collects private information from users, such information shall not be disclosed to any third party unless agreed upon between the user and Krishna Books or through due legal process. Users agree that Krishna Books may, from time to time communicate with users.

7. SECURITY

7.1 All credit card transactions are SSL encrypted. Our SSL encryption is provided by COMODO and are the industry standard for secure online transactions.
